UIUX, Print, Branding
The Assist Suite was the result of a semester-long multi-disciplinary group design research project on the topic of pharmaceutical literacy. My team researched, ideated, and identified pain points within this topic to create a combined design system that makes the pharmacy experience easier to understand. We found that pharmaceutical literacy is tied to a larger process that we all go through to seek and receive care. Our project helps people better understand their health insurance plan (AssistInsure), receive and understand their prescriptions (AssistHub), and take their medication properly (AssistMed).
My main role within this project was researching the pharmaceutical experience and creating UIUX assets that would help solve problems. I also worked on visually relating all of the Assist Suite's together so they act as a seamless system. This project caused me to understand that designers can help design systems rather than just create assets for those systems. I saw firsthand how research and understanding of a full process can cause designers to begin to change and re-design day-to-day processes for the better.
